In homage to the incredible Costa Rican land, we baptized our company Katto, which for the indigenous Bribri tribe of the Talamanca mountains means “sky”. At Katto we enjoy flying and we propose several possibilities, all carried out by high-end pilots.

With more than 35 years of professional paragliding experience we can ensure the best experience for you and your fellow travelers. The joy of flying over secondary tropical forests is indescribable. We can make flights for large groups for the enjoyment of all.

INTRODUCTION

 

This Privacy Policy outlines Katto Sky Tours. (” we “, ” our ” or ” the Company “) practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at www.kattoskytours.com (” Site “), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: ” Users “). 

 

GROUNDS FOR DATA COLLECTION 

 

Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter ” Personal Information “) This is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services. Also to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

 

When you use the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. We encourage our Users to carefully read the Privacy Policy and use it to make informed decisions.

  • Booking information: When you book a tour on our Site you will be asked to provide us certain details such as: full name; e-mail and date of birth.

We receive your Personal Information from various sources:

 

  • When you voluntarily provide us your personal details in order to book on our Site.
  • When you use or access our Site in connection with your use of our services.

RETENTION
